Individuals named as an involved person in a police occurrence may request a copy of the report by attending the Six Nations Police Service in person.
Applicants must provide valid photo identification. Information relating to other individuals may be removed from the report to protect their privacy.
Some reports may not be available for release while an investigation or court proceeding is ongoing.
